Goals On Sunday: November 1 - 8

It's #footballseason and we know what that means... GOALS! So as we prep for another month to begin and another week, please share some of your goals here. I spent October organizing projects. For November I plan to work on some of those projects by committing most of my time to writing challenges for Nanowrimo, reading, pre-holiday fitness, planning my budget, and jazzing up my Holiday marketing for all my side hustle businesses (Avon, Tula Xii, La La Leggings, and Elevate Styles Hair) #GoalSetting #GoalsOnSunday #blackgirlhappyplanner

throwback thursday: pandemic planning

Sharing this repost from 2020.  2020 has afforded me the opportunity to slow down, reassess, review, and most importantly, write things down! This is a photo of all my planners. As a writer, one would think that journaling would have already been a habit for me, but it was not. I have not journaled in years. But since the pandemic, and since discovering @staciapierce #successjournals #blackownedbusinesses , I started journaling again AND planning! I've always been a sucker for planners but now I'm doing it way more strategically. I've also become a new fan of #90dayplan planners. I recently started using the @racheal.cook #CEOPlanner, the @savorlifeplanner #selfcare planner, the @cultivatewhatmatters #powersheets, the @contentcreatorsplanner for my social media, looking forward to the @planathon this fall with @ambermccue and I'm officially a @the_happy_planner addict, I have one for startup business, freelance projects, budget, online courses, 3 for writing stuff, cale...

#MondayMonthly. My December Daily Plans

#MondayMonthly So I ordered some #DecemberDaily items. This will be my first time participating.  Only I'm going to do it differently from everyone else. I ordered 2 of the @aliedwards December Daily journals and journal cards and I plan to do a journal of "Christmas Past" (1970s-1990s) and a journal of "Christmas Present" (2000s,2010s). That's my plan, we'll see how it goes, I'll keep you posted! #blackgirlhappyplanner #plannercommunity #PlannerGoals #scrapbooking #memorykeeping

Meal Planning is Planning Too! October 2021

#MealPlanningMonday You all have heard me say that as people who love to plan, #MealPlanning is and should be a part of that. I'm off this week (fall break) and I was traveling this weekend so my goal for this week is simply grocery shopping and meal prepping for next week when I'm back to work. Please share your meal planning strategy for this week below! And many of us are on a quest to eat more healthy so developing a strategy for meal planning is very important. But sometimes we also know, our schedule can get crazy! So how do we navigate that? Sometimes all it takes, as planners, is just simply taking a look at our week and figuring out what we want to eat and how we will incorporate the grocery shopping, prepping, cooking or even when placing an order for pick up or delivery might be the best option because we all have those days right? Again, share your strategy and tips here! #HappyPlanning #plannercommunity #cookingandeating
